Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual sessions in core subjects
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with Florida educational standardsMonitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize interactive tools (virtual whiteboards, simulations) to enhance lessons
- Communicate effectively with parents and academic advisors
- Participate in ongoing curriculum refinement and training
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- Minimum 2 years teaching/tutoring experience
- Florida teaching certification preferred (not required)
- Proficiency with virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom)
