Responsibilities
- Conduct One-on-One Sessions: Deliver engaging and effective virtual tutoring lessons via our secure platform, catering to diverse learning styles and paces.
- Curriculum Development: Create customized lesson plans and study materials aligned with state standards and student learning goals.
- Student Engagement: Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that builds student confidence and motivation.
- Progress Monitoring: Track student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to ensure academic growth.
- Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with students and parents regarding progress and upcoming sessions.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, English, Mathematics, Science) is preferred; equivalent teaching experience may be considered.
- Location: Must reside in the Miami, FL area or be willing to work remotely from within the United States.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection, a modern computer/laptop, and a quiet workspace.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Subject Knowledge: Strong command of the subject matter you wish to tutor (e.g., SAT/ACT prep, K-12 Math, English).
