Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Wisconsin state standards
- Track student progress through our digital platform and provide regular feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Utilize interactive tools (whiteboards, simulations) to enhance engagement
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (or current enrollment)
- 1+ years of tutoring/classroom teaching experience
- Strong proficiency in virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- WI teaching certification preferred but not required
- Background check and child safety certification required
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
