Responsibilities
- Conduct Live Sessions: Deliver engaging, one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions via our secure video platform.
- Customize Curriculum: Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the specific learning needs and goals of each student.
- Track Progress: Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Virtual Classroom Management: Maintain a professional and distraction-free learning environment during sessions.
- Parent Communication: Provide regular updates to parents and guardians regarding student progress and areas for development.
- Resource Creation: Create supplementary materials, quizzes, and study guides to reinforce learning objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred; High school diploma with significant subject matter expertise is acceptable.
- Experience: Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students in the relevant subject area.
- Technical Skills: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer with a webcam and microphone.
