Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 1:1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our proprietary platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Monitor progress and provide detailed performance feedback to students and parents
- Utilize interactive digital resources to enhance remote learning experiences
- Collaborate with academic coordinators to address student needs
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of tutoring/teaching experience (remote preferred)
- Expertise in core K-12 subjects (Math, Science, ELA, or Social Studies)
- Proficiency with video conferencing and educational technology tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport virtually
- State teaching certification (MN preferred) or subject-specific credentials
- Background check clearance required
