Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, one-on-one online tutoring sessions via our proprietary learning management system.
- Assess student strengths and weaknesses to create personalized learning plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/guardians.
- Prepare students for upcoming exams, homework help, and course completion.
- Collaborate with our academic team to improve course materials and teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Current Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education, STEM, or Liberal Arts preferred).
- Proven experience as a tutor or teacher (1+ years preferred).
- Must reside in the Minneapolis, MN area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space.
