Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, 1-on-1 virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.).
- Design and deliver personalized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Utilize our Learning Management System (LMS) to track progress and submit detailed performance reports.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive online environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding goals, progress, and feedback.
- Continuously update subject knowledge and tutoring methodologies to ensure excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area or equivalent teaching certification.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Proficient in using video conferencing software and digital learning tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching styles to different learning paces and abilities.
- Must be available during core business hours (evenings and weekends are available for flexibility).
