Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in Mathematics, Science, English, or Social Studies
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Louisiana state standards and student learning objectives
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Maintain accurate session records and communicate effectively with students and families
- Utilize our interactive digital platform (Zoom, Google Classroom, and proprietary software) for seamless instruction

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master's preferred)
