Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize interactive digital tools for effective instruction
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student growth
- Collaborate with academic coordinators on student goals
- Maintain accurate session documentation and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience
- Expertise in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA) or test prep
- Strong technology proficiency with virtual learning platforms
