Responsibilities

- Customize lesson plans aligned with Louisiana educational standards and student goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and schools
- Utilize digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.) for dynamic remote instruction
- Maintain accurate session records and communicate progress with the academic team
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance tutoring methodologies and subject expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of formal tutoring, teaching, or instructional experience
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts simply to diverse learners
- Strong technological proficiency with video conferencing and digital learning tools
- Valid Louisiana teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural responsiveness to New Orleans' diverse student population
