Responsibilities
- Conduct Virtual Sessions: Deliver engaging, one-on-one tutoring sessions via our secure online platform, ensuring an interactive and effective learning environment.
- Curriculum Expertise: Teach specific subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.) according to established curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Student Engagement: Build rapport with students, identify their learning gaps, and adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs.
- Feedback & Reporting: Provide timely feedback to students and maintain detailed records of session progress and performance.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage your own schedule, complete session reports, and participate in ongoing professional development training.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or the subject you wish to tutor is required; current enrollment in a degree program is acceptable.
- Experience: Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred, but strong subject knowledge is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week during evenings or weekends.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a computer with a webcam, and a quiet workspace.
- Soft Skills: Patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills are key to success in this role.
