Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, one-on-one tutoring sessions via video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
- Create and adapt lesson plans that align with state standards and individual student needs.
- Assess student proficiency levels and track progress through detailed performance reports.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating virtual learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavioral goals.
- Utilize digital whiteboards and interactive tools to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, the specific subject matter, or equivalent teaching experience.
- Valid teaching certification (preferred but not always required for subject-matter experts).
- Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of US work authorization.
