Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or our proprietary platform.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Assist students with homework assignments, exam preparation, and complex subject matter.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress to ensure academic growth.
- Maintain a professional and organized virtual learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring (1+ years preferred).
- Must reside within the United States and be authorized to work.
- Fluency in English (Native or Bilingual).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
