Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, ELA, Science)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with California state standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for engaging lessons
- Participate in monthly training and curriculum workshops
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or current student)
- CA teaching credential or equivalent tutoring experience
- Proficiency in online tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong subject expertise in at least 2 core academic areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
