Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with California curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless virtual instruction
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum refinement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- CA teaching credential or equivalent tutoring certification
- 2+ years of virtual or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in Google Classroom, Zoom, and adaptive learning tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
