Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 virtual tutoring sessions: Deliver engaging, interactive lessons tailored to individual student learning styles.
- Develop personalized lesson plans: Create customized curriculum and study materials that align with state standards and student goals.
- Assess student progress: Utilize diagnostic tools to identify knowledge gaps and track improvement over time.
- Provide constructive feedback: Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding performance and areas for growth.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or current enrollment in a teaching credential program).
