- Track Student Progress: Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and academic growth.
- Communicate with Families: Maintain open and professional communication with parents or guardians regarding student achievements and areas for development.
- Adapt Teaching Styles: Modify instructional strategies to suit diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
- Attend Professional Development: Participate in weekly training sessions and webinars to stay updated on best practices in remote education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, the relevant subject matter, or a related field is required.
- Teaching Experience: Previous experience as a tutor, teacher, or teaching assistant is preferred.
- Reliable High-Speed Internet: A stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace are mandatory.
