Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student development
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- 1+ years tutoring or teaching experience
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with video conferencing and online learning platforms
- Patience, empathy, and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Valid Oklahoma teaching certification preferred
