Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Oklahoma academic standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and EduConnect coordinators
- Utilize digital tools (interactive whiteboards, educational apps) to enhance learning experiences
- Collaborate with subject-matter specialists to refine teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate session logs and performance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Oklahoma teaching certification preferred (not required for non-certified specialists)
- Proven expertise in at least one core subject (Math, ELA, Science, History)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Strong digital literacy with video conferencing and educational software
- Minimum 1 year tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Background check clearance required
