Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions for students in various subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.).
- Design and implement personalized study plans that align with each student's academic goals.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams promptly while providing detailed, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance in the Learning Management System.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the academic support team to ensure alignment.
- Utilize digital whiteboards and collaboration tools to enhance the virtual learning experience.
- Stay updated on educational best practices and curriculum standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent teaching/tutoring experience).
- Strong command of the English language and grammar.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Previous experience in K-12 tutoring or academic coaching is highly preferred.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs and paces.
