Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions via our secure, proprietary video platform.
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's unique learning style, pace, and academic goals.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback to students and parents.
- Utilize interactive digital whiteboards and multimedia resources to enhance the virtual classroom experience.
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to ensure lesson alignment with national educational standards.
- Manage administrative tasks, including session scheduling and progress tracking, within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Qualifications
- Must be a current student or graduate of a top-tier university (Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or related field preferred).
- Strong command of English grammar, writing, and reading comprehension.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
