Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with Nebraska state standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents
- Utilize our interactive digital tools for dynamic virtual sessions
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- Nebraska teaching certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years tutoring/classroom experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Background check clearance required
