Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized 1:1 tutoring sessions via video conferencing platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with PA state curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents
- Utilize digital resources and interactive tools to enhance learning experiences
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
- Participate in ongoing professional development training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required)
- PA teaching certification or equivalent tutoring experience (preferred)
- Proven expertise in at least 2 core academic subjects
- Strong proficiency with virtual classroom technology (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Background check clearance
