Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our proprietary platform
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with Philadelphia curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed performance reports
- Utilize interactive digital tools to create immersive learning experiences
- Communicate effectively with parents and academic advisors
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum refinement
- Maintain accurate student records and session documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- PA teaching certification or equivalent academic credentials
- Minimum 2 years tutoring/teaching experience with K-12 students
- Expertise in Philadelphia School District curriculum standards
- Exceptional digital literacy and comfort with virtual teaching platforms
- Strong communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Background check clearance required
