Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core academic subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives and curriculum standards
- Track student progress through our proprietary learning management system
- Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to parents and school partners
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps and optimize teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate session logs and documentation for compliance and quality assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, English, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus preferred)
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, our proprietary software)
- PA teaching certification or equivalent credential strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods
- Background check and child safety certification required
- Available for evening and weekend sessions (EST timezone)
