Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual instruction across multiple subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and progress reports
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless virtual classroom management
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic advisors
- Stay current with educational methodologies and subject-matter expertise

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus)
- Expertise in core academic subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Proficiency with virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- PA teaching certification or equivalent credentials
- Background check and child safety clearance required
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace
