Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core academic subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student learning objectives and curriculum standards

- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student achievements
- Collaborate with our academic team to refine teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (required)
- Pennsylvania teaching certification or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Expertise in K-12 curriculum (Math, Science, ELA, or Social Studies)
- Proficiency with virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles
