Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core academic subjects
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with Arizona state standards and individual student needs
- Utilize our proprietary digital platform for interactive lessons and progress tracking
- Provide detailed session reports and actionable feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with academic advisors to optimize student learning outcomes
- Stay current with curriculum developments and teaching methodologies
- Maintain professional communication with students and families
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Arizona teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Proficiency in virtual learning platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to adapt teaching styles
- Strong technology skills including digital assessment tools
- Background check and fingerprint clearance compliant with AZ requirements
- Availability for evening/weekend sessions (Phoenix time zone)
