Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Arizona state standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/clients
- Prepare students for standardized tests (SAT, ACT, AIMS) and subject mastery
- Utilize multimedia resources to create engaging learning experiences
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or subject-specific field (Master's preferred)
- 1+ years of tutoring or teaching experience (virtual experience a plus)
- Arizona teaching certification or equivalent subject expertise
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring tools (Zoom, Bitpaper, Kami)
- Excellent communication skills and cultural responsiveness
- Availability for weekday evening and weekend sessions
- Background check and fingerprint clearance (required)
- Specialized skills in dyslexia intervention or gifted education preferred
