- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/clients
- Utilize interactive tools (whiteboards, simulations) for dynamic sessions
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to refine teaching methodologies
- Participate in monthly professional development workshops
- Maintain accurate session logs and student achievement records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- Minimum 2 years tutoring or teaching experience (K-12 focus)
- Proficiency with virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Arizona teaching certification preferred
- Strong subject matter expertise in Math, Science, or ELA
- Background check and fingerprint clearance
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
