Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions via Zoom and our proprietary learning platform.
- Develop and deliver personalized lesson plans tailored to the specific needs and learning styles of each student.
- Monitor student progress closely and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and encouraging online demeanor during all sessions.
- Participate in regular training sessions and curriculum development workshops to stay current with educational standards.
- Communicate effectively with the support team to resolve technical issues or student needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is a strong plus.
- Must be a legal resident of the United States and currently reside in Phoenix, AZ.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
- Previous experience with online learning tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, Canvas) is preferred.
- A patient and adaptable teaching style suitable for diverse learners.
