As a remote tutor, you'll leverage our cutting-edge virtual classroom tools to create engaging, interactive learning experiences tailored to each student's unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in assigned subjects
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize digital assessment tools to track academic growth
- Collaborate with parents and academic advisors on student development
- Participate in ongoing professional development training
- Maintain accurate session documentation and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent teaching experience
- 1+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with students
- Subject matter expertise in at least one core area (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Passion for education and commitment to student success
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (flexible schedule)
