Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small-group virtual lessons in core subjects (Math, Science, English, History)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents/clients
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, assessments) for dynamic sessions
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and EduConnect coordinators
- Adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles and academic needs
- Prepare students for standardized tests and academic milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least 2 core academic areas
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with students
- Current US work authorization and reliable internet connection
- Passion for education and commitment to student growth
- Background check clearance required
