Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions tailored to individual student learning styles and needs.
- Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to create and upload interactive lesson plans and study materials.
- Track student progress through detailed assessments and provide constructive, actionable feedback to learners and parents.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and encouraging online presence to foster student motivation and engagement.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding attendance, performance, and upcoming goals.
- Adhere to strict company policies regarding session punctuality, dress code, and workspace requirements.
- Continuously update subject knowledge and tutoring techniques to stay aligned with educational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, the subject area you intend to tutor, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (1+ years preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, video conferencing software (Zoom, Google Meet), and learning management platforms.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
