Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Monitor progress and provide detailed feedback to students and parents
- Utilize interactive digital tools and platforms for effective online instruction
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation
- Collaborate with academic team to optimize student outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of tutoring/teaching experience with K-12 students
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, English)
- Strong communication skills and tech proficiency (Zoom, Google Classroom)
- State of Oregon teaching certification preferred
- Background check clearance required
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
