Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA)
- Develop personalized learning plans based on student assessments and goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and academic advisors
- Utilize interactive digital tools and resources to enhance virtual learning experiences
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and EduConnect team members
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or current enrollment)
- Minimum 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience (virtual preferred)
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least one core academic area
- Excellent communication skills and tech proficiency
- North Carolina teaching certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Passion for helping students achieve academic growth
