Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions via our secure, state-of-the-art online learning platform.
- Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's specific learning style, academic goals, and curriculum requirements.
- Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and mastering complex subject matter in real-time.
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress to ensure continuous improvement and engagement.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance, attendance, and session summaries.
- Maintain a professional and encouraging online environment that fosters student confidence and curiosity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the subject area (Math, Science, English, etc.) or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or working with K-12 students.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Ability to master new technology quickly and proficiency with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
