Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group virtual lessons via interactive platform
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents and supervisors
- Utilize digital tools for interactive whiteboards, screen sharing, and resource sharing
- Prepare engaging materials including worksheets, practice tests, and visual aids
- Collaborate with academic team to optimize tutoring methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of tutoring/teaching experience (K-12 focus preferred)
- Strong subject expertise in Math, Science, English, or Foreign Languages
- Proficiency with virtual tutoring platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- NC teaching certification or equivalent highly desirable
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
