- Progress Tracking: Monitor student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
- Parent Collaboration: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and behavioral goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize educational software and digital resources effectively to enhance the learning experience.
- Test Preparation: Guide students through standardized tests, homework assignments, and academic coursework.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in the subject area (Math, Science, English, etc.) is required; teaching certification is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience as a tutor, teacher, or teaching assistant is highly valued.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
