Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions
- Personalize lesson plans based on student learning assessments
- Track student progress through our digital dashboard
- Provide constructive feedback and progress reports to parents
- Utilize interactive tools (whiteboards, simulations) for dynamic lessons
- Collaborate with academic advisors for student support plans
- Participate in monthly tutor training webinars
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field
- Minimum 2 years tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- CA teaching credential preferred (not required)
- Expertise in at least two core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, etc.)
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital learning tools
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required
