Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive, one-on-one tutoring sessions via video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials that cater to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Guide students through homework assignments, complex concepts, and exam preparation.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents/guardians.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and distraction-free online environment.
- Communicate effectively with the support team to resolve technical or pedagogical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise in your subject area with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology, including video conferencing software and learning management systems.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
