Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging 1-on-1 or small group tutoring sessions via our secure video conferencing platform.
- Develop and customize lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and individual student learning goals.
- Assess student proficiency regularly to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain open and clear communication with parents and students to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance the remote learning experience.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence and master subject matter.
- Adhere to company policies regarding session timing, professionalism, and academic integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or prior tutoring experience is highly desirable.
- Strong command of English with exceptional grammar and communication skills.
- Technical proficiency with computers and video conferencing software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate diverse schedules.
- Patience and empathy when working with students of varying skill levels.
