Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual instruction in K-12 subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with student goals
- Track progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/students
- Utilize interactive digital tools (Zoom, Kahoot!, Google Classroom)
- Prepare students for standardized tests (SAT, ACT, CAASPP)
- Collaborate with academic advisors for student improvement plans
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- CA teaching credential preferred
- 2+ years tutoring or classroom experience
- Expertise in core subjects (Math, Science, ELA, History)
- Strong tech proficiency with virtual platforms
- Excellent communication and patience
- Background check and fingerprint clearance
- CA residency required for curriculum alignment
