Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group online tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.)
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with Texas curriculum standards and student learning objectives
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed progress reports to parents
- Utilize our interactive digital platform to create dynamic, visually rich learning experiences
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic coordinators regarding student needs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience, preferably in remote settings
