Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our proprietary platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with California state standards and student learning goals
- Track student progress through our digital assessment system and provide actionable feedback
- Communicate effectively with parents and EduGuide coordinators regarding student development
- Participate in ongoing professional development training for curriculum updates
- Maintain accurate session records and progress documentation in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or current enrollment)
- CA teaching credential or equivalent tutoring certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in K-12 instruction or test prep (SAT/ACT)
- Proficiency with virtual teaching tools (Zoom, interactive whiteboards)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Passion for education and commitment to student achievement
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
