Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1:1 and small-group virtual sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Provide detailed progress reports and constructive feedback to students and parents
- Maintain accurate session logs and academic records in our tutoring management system
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps and optimize student outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development and curriculum training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master's preferred)
- CA teaching credential or equivalent tutoring certification
- Minimum 2 years of virtual or in-person tutoring experience
- Expertise in SAT/ACT prep, AP courses, or specialized subjects
- Proficiency with video conferencing tools and digital learning platforms
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance required
