Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-on-1 virtual tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs and diverse learning styles.
- Develop customized lesson plans and curriculum materials that align with academic standards and student goals.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and highly engaging learning environment that encourages active student participation.
- Track student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive, actionable feedback to students and parents.
- Utilize digital learning tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) to enhance the remote learning experience.
- Collaborate with the educational team to refine teaching strategies and resources.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject matter or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or classroom instruction.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity, patience, and empathy.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing software (Zoom, Google Meet) and educational technology.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
