Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions via our proprietary virtual classroom platform.
- Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials tailored to each student's unique needs and learning style.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents/guardians.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment that boosts student confidence.
- Utilize digital whiteboards, quizzes, and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different skill levels and pacing requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve curriculum content.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, the subject you wish to tutor, or a related field (equivalent teaching experience is accepted).
- Strong command of the English language and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (preferred but not required).
- Ability to pass a background check and demonstrate professionalism in a virtual setting.
