Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our interactive platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with California State Standards
- Track student progress using our analytics dashboard and provide monthly progress reports
- Collaborate with parents and school counselors to address learning gaps
- Utilize multimedia resources to create engaging, interactive learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session logs and documentation in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- CA teaching credential or equivalent tutoring certification
- 2+ years of virtual or in-person tutoring experience
- Proficiency in video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) and educational software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to diverse learning styles
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least two core academic areas
- Background check and TB clearance required
