Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group virtual tutoring sessions using our secure video conferencing tools.
- Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to each student's learning style and academic goals.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams promptly and provide constructive, actionable feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with the academic team.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to excel.
- Stay updated on subject matter best practices and educational trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students in K-12 or higher education.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in simple, understandable terms.
